ACCOUNT & DATA DELETION REQUEST
Instant In-App Data Purge (Recommended)
You can instantly delete all your saved game progression, coins, booster inventory, and cloud data directly inside the game without waiting:
- Open ShantiQuest on your device.
- Tap the Profile / Settings icon in the bottom menu.
- Scroll down to the footer plaque and tap Reset Progress.
- Confirm deletion. Your local save and cloud records will be purged immediately.

What Data Is Deleted?
- Game Save & Inventory: Your level progression, star ratings, coin balance, and booster items are deleted permanently.
- Anonymous Account Record: Your anonymous user UID document in Cloud Firestore is purged.
- Retention Timeline: In-app deletion occurs instantly. Email requests are processed within 7 business days.
